The People Behind Jensen Complete Wealth
A small, independent team means every client works directly with people who know this community—not a call center, not a rotating cast. Here's who you'll actually be working with.
100% Purpose Driven
In his own words, Travis shares why he founded an independent practice—and what that independence means for the families he serves.
- What "100% purpose driven" actually means to him
- The gaps he kept noticing in friends' and neighbors' financial plans
- What local ownership means for acting in your best interest
Not All Financial Advice Is Held to the Same Standard
Many financial professionals only have to recommend products that are "suitable"—not necessarily what's best for you. Fiduciaries operate under a stricter, legally enforceable duty.
Three words define how we work with you: Independent. Fee-Based. Fiduciary.
Three Commitments That Shape Every Recommendation
Independently Owned
We are not owned by a bank, insurance carrier, or broker-dealer with products to move. Our only obligation is to the families and farms we serve in Northeast Iowa.
Fee-Based Compensation
We're primarily compensated through transparent fees, disclosed upfront. Where a recommendation involves any other form of compensation, our legal duty as a fiduciary still requires it to serve your best interest first.
Fiduciary Standard
As fiduciaries, we are legally required to act in your best interest at all times—not merely to recommend something "suitable."
Fiduciary vs. Commission-Based Advice
The standard your advisor operates under shapes every recommendation you receive.

Travis Jensen
FounderTravis founded Jensen Complete Wealth with a clear focus: serving clients more completely than the corporate model allowed. He started his career with a large national firm, and the relationships and lessons from those years still shape how he works—but he came to believe there was a better way to serve the families he'd grown close to, which meant embracing the independent channel and building his own practice.
Family comes first for Travis. He and his wife, Arianna, welcomed their son, Roman, on Christmas Eve of 2023, and the three of them—usually with their two dogs, Sunny and Piper—spend as much time together as possible. Travis grew up just outside West Union, Arianna grew up in Fort Atkinson, and Northeast Iowa is home for good.
He currently sits on the boards of the West Union Recreation Foundation and the Pleasant Valley Sports Club. Outside the office, you'll usually find him on the golf course or the pickleball court.

Kristen Strabala
Client Service ManagerAs Client Service Manager, Kristen is often the first friendly face and voice clients connect with at Jensen Complete Wealth. She holds a master's degree in social work and is a certified financial social worker, which shapes how she approaches every client interaction—with genuine attention to wellbeing, not just paperwork.
Kristen lives in West Union with her husband, David, and their daughters, Ellie and Claire. Being close to family (especially her twin sister), a good cup of decaf coffee, and time at the West Union Rec Center round out what she loves about calling this community home.

Brian Jensen
Servicing AdvisorBrian joined Jensen Complete Wealth as an unlicensed assistant, bringing a background in agriculture, program management, and small business operations. A 2019 Iowa State graduate, he began his career with the USDA, helping landowners and farmers navigate government programs and Farm Bill contracts.
More recently, Brian ran his own local service businesses—an experience that sharpened his belief in the value of real customer service and clear communication. He lives just outside Elgin along the Turkey River, and outside of work you'll find him on the pickleball court or tending to his honeybees. His focus at the firm is making sure clients feel organized, informed, and confident every step of the way.
